As with all our recipes, this Vegan Probiotic Berry Smoothie is simple and easy to make. The most time-consuming part is making your own coconut yogurt, but you can also just use store-bought instead.
Then, it’s just a matter of throwing fruits into a blender and blend away!
For this recipe, we used frozen berries that are a great choice in the winter months.
Now here’s a smoothie that will start you off in the new year just right!
Vegan Probiotic Berry Smoothie
The ultimate Vegan Probiotic Berry Smoothie. This gut-healthy smoothie is delicious, rich in probiotics, vegan & gluten-free!
Ingredients
Berry Smoothie:
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- If you are making your own coconut yogurt, follow this recipe and make your yogurt 2 days in advance.
- Peel and dice apple and pear, and place into a blender. Add blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, coconut yogurt and water as needed.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
