The recipe for this Pasta in Fresh Tomato Sauce is quick and easy, just perfect for a lazy summer day. Dairy-free and Vegan!

There are days when you don’t want to be spending your morning in front of the stove, right?
Sometimes I get a bit fed up with cooking, although we do need to eat every day. So for such days, having part of the recipe already made ahead and stored in the fridge, is a lifesaver.
So, this is not even a recipe. The real recipe is for the delicious Fresh Tomato Sauce I made the other day.
You can make the sauce ahead, and when you’re hungry for lunch, just toss some pasta in boiling salted water, cook 10 minutes, drain and add sauce and bam, you’re done!
This Pasta in Fresh Tomato Sauce is really easy to make. When you have the sauce done beforehand, there’s really nothing to it.
And you can always store it up in the fridge (or even can it for winter if you’re feeling adventurous) and just reheat when needed.
